Belgrade is the capital and largest city of Serbia, located at the meeting point of the Sava and Danube rivers.

The city boasts a mix of vibrant nightlife, extraordinary cuisine, modern art, ancient architecture, and outdoor adventures.

Belgrade’s popular Kneza Mihaila pedestrian street showcases a variety of intriguing architecture attributed to its historical influences combined with modern art.

The heart of the city is home to touches of art deco, baroque and art nouveau styles amidst café terraces and restaurants.

Magnificent views of the converging Danube and Sava rivers can be seen from the Belgrade Fortress.

Its neighbouring Kalemegdan Park is the perfect place for a relaxing afternoon stroll soaking in the local culture and the city’s green centre.

The Temple of St. Sava. is one of the largest orthodox churches in the world.

Said to be built on St Sava’s remains, it is another of Belgrade’s historic architectural treasures with much religious and cultural significance.

Belgrade is home to an array of museums for both those interested in modern art and history.

Venture a little further out the city along the river for some scenic adventure activities including hiking, cycling, boating, and kayaking.

And of course, for festival goers, EXIT Music Festival is one the city’s major yearly highlights.
