Terms & Conditions

1. Contract

Your contract is with Tour Croatia Limited, registered in England and Wales under a company number 10714470.

2. Deposit

The deposit amount varies depending on the nature of your booking.

Tailor-made tours

A minimum deposit of 25% is due at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days before your departure date.

Cruises, Coach Tours & Small Group Tours

A minimum deposit of 30% is due at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days before your departure date.

3. Payment Methods

We accept payment by credit/debit card or bank transfer. You can pay via bank transfer or via an online payment link, which will be sent to you upon request. Small group tours can be purchased through our website.

4. Cancellation policy

Tailor-made trips, cruises & coach tours

Small group tours

5. Complaints

Please contact us via a provided emergency number or an email regarding any complaints relating to accommodation, day trips and tours or transfers whilst still in Croatia. This will give Tour Croatia every opportunity to resolve any issues as fast as possible.

6. Prices

All rates quoted or shown in our tariffs are based on current purchasing prices in Croatia. Prices quoted on our website are per person based on double occupancy, unless otherwise specified. Tour Croatia reserves the right to increase prices already quoted or published on our website without previous notice in the event of currency fluctuation, government taxes, or due to any other cost increases that are beyond the company’s control.

After the invoice has been issued the price is guaranteed against any surcharge, unless an increase is due to government laws or currency changes. Tour Croatia reserves the right to correct wrong pricing. In such cases, you will be informed as soon as possible and notified about the correction. Should you need to pay additional fee, you will have the option of doing so. However, if you choose to cancel your booking, you will get a full refund. You will be refunded in the same currency as your purchase was made.

Tour Croatia reserves the right to alter the prices of any of the day tours, packages, holidays and other services shown in our website tourcroatia.co.uk.

7. Liability

Tour Croatia disclaims responsibility for any loss, damage, accidents, sickness or changes in schedules caused by weather, war, riots, strikes or any other irregularity outside our control. Tour Croatia reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or departure times, without prior notice, should the necessity arise.

8. Insurance

Tour Croatia cannot accept responsibility for any cost for you or any of your travel party that may incur as a result of failing to take out insurance cover. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid travel insurance while on holiday.

9. Travel Documents

It is the passengers’ responsibility to ensure that they are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents before departure, including a valid passport or an ID card (if applicable). Tour Croatia cannot accept liability if you are refused entry onto any transport or into any country due to failure on your part to carry valid documentation. If failure to have any necessary travel or other documents results in fines, surcharges or other financial penalty being imposed on us, you will be responsible for reimbursing us accordingly. If we are asked to reissue tickets that have been lost, destroyed or stolen and we agree to do so, any charges incurred because of this will be payable by you.

10. Health

Passengers suffering from any known or suspected medical condition must notify us at least 30 days before departure. They must also produce a medical certificate confirming fitness to travel. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings and we will not be liable for any operator’s refusal to carry any person who has not notified us of their condition.
