The old town of Dubrovnik is full of interesting buildings and architecture around every corner, and our expert guide will show you around all the ancient fortresses, palaces and museums.
The city also boasts a Cathedral featuring a triptych by Titian and other artworks by the Italian masters, as well as a 14th-century Franciscan church and monastery.
Dubrovnik is also a popular destination for Game of Thrones fans, as it was transformed into the fictional city of Kings Landing for the series.

You’ll find plenty to keep you occupied in Dubrovnik, but if you fancy getting away from the hustle and bustle, we can organise a day trip to Mljet National Park, or Lokrum Island.
According to legend, Mljet is the island mentioned in Homer’s Odyssey, where Odysseus was shipwrecked and detained for seven years.
Visitors to Mljet can visit the Odysseus cave as well as explore the many scenic coves and bays around the island.
Lokrum island is just a short hop away from Dubrovnik and is an unspoiled paradise which allows you to escape the crowds and explore the forest which covers most of the island.
There are also historic buildings plus a bar/restaurant overlooking the jetty.

Since 2007 the Croatian government has levied a tourist tax or otherwise known as a Sojourn tax.
This is a tax imposed on all visitors and is common amongst virtually all the European countries.
The tax is paid to the various tourist boards and used to maintain their tourist facilities.
The amount levied ranges from 10kn to 20kn per person, per day depending on which town/city you are staying in and the season you arrive in.
The tourist tax is calculated by the hotel and added to your final hotel bill when you check out.
